Ruby Trance Volume 8

We are delighted to announce our latest CD.

As you know, we release one CD each year, which represents to us, the cream of the music available to us. Trance has had a resurgence overseas in the last 18 Months, so there has been a large amount of music available, much of which is very special.  So choosing the tracks for this years CD has not been easy, and our final "short list" contained over 40 tracks.  After much anguish at what tracks to select, and what to set aside, we are proud to present the result of our work, in a double CD and single DVD.

Featuring a total of 23 tracks, Ruby Trance Volume Eight delivers a mini dance party.  Intended to be listened to in order, the DVD provides all 23 tracks run together, whilst the double CD gives you a break in the middle (to get a drink, or make a pit stop).  As always, our work is intended as a musical and emotional journey, with the opening track welcoming you, and the closing track leaving you as an empty shell, but still wanting more.

Volume Eight opens with the beautiful voice of Emma Hewitt in "Waiting" by Dash Berlin (Emma and Dash were out here recently for the A Night Of Trance Team).  CD2 opens with amazing Kyrie named after the Latin word for "Mass" – indeed this track is almost a religious experience.  The peak track is appropriately called " The World To Come".  Simple words cannot describe the emotion and the majesty captured in this piece of music.  Simply a masterpiece!!

The track selection across the CD reflects the movement in production levels, as more and more tracks become almost "epic" in proportion and sound.  The last 4 tracks (on CD2) are a testament to this.
