Ruby Trance Volume 4

In this volume it is our pleasure to present to you music which is old, and music which is new. 

The remix of AfterAll was produced by the Swedish group D-Wave (remember their track "Why Cant We" on our Volume 3) as their response in an entry to a competition for new remixes of Afterall.  Sadly, they discovered afterwards that the competition was only open to North American residents.  In our opinion its a pity, as if it had been included, it would surely have won - in our opinion its equal to the Airscape remix of Deleriums Silence.  After much negotiation by the Ruby team, it has now been officially recognised by the record company.  As such, it is our great pleasure to present this remix to you, in what is the first official release.  It is worth the effort, as it is a truly remarkable piece of music, capturing both the brilliance of the original arrangement and vocals, plus the mastery of one of the greatest remixes we have heard.

The rework of the early 90's ballad, Hazard was produced by a team called Lost Knowledge, which includes one of our Sydney DJ's, Nick Jay.  It also includes the vocals of another Sydney boy, Mat Lorentzen.  Listen to this local talent go - yaay.

All tracks are chosen to take you on a musical and emotional journey.  If, at the end of the CD, you feel much happier, and your spirits are much higher, then the music has done its work.  For us, part of the selection criteria is that each track sends a tingle down our spine each time we listen to it, and so the CD means as much as it does to you, the listener.
