Ruby Trance Volume 2

The Ruby concept started with us trying to recreate the experiences we had enjoyed to music that we had heard in various clubs, but specifically at the (now legendary) "day shift" recoveries at Sydney's Midnight Shift.

The music is a mixture of Trance, uplifting Trance, and simply other tracks that "work our buttons".  It is chose for its melodic nature, and its ability to take the listener on a journey.  To many people now, the music is simply called "Ruby".

Our dance parties and our CD's have a musical structure which, if experienced it its entirety, is intended to "take you to another time, another place".  At our parties we encourage you to arrive early, and to stay to the end.  The same applies to the CD's, we recommend you start at the beginning, and enjoy each track in order.

Part of our intention with the parties is to assault your senses with maximum stimulus.  This includes sound (where we try and deliver the best sound possible within our budget), lighting (the same), and laser shows that set new boundaries.  It is our belief that lasers, synchronised and combined with the music, can take you to a whole new level.  We have worked very closely with Oracle, to refine this.

Ruby Trance Volume 2 - the DVD - is the first commercial attempt at capturing such an experience.  The CD was played at the Midnight Shift, and the special laser show was captured, and is recorded here for your enjoyment.

It is our view that the results in this DVD speak for themselves.  We regret that the CD single is now out of print.
